_ The band Skorba was launched in 2006 with a single purpose in mind: to represent the cultural History of the Maltese archipelago through songs written in Maltese. The music is supported by the presentation of beautiful images depicting the History of Malta from the Magnificent neolithic temples to the great siege and modern times. Skorba represent an idea coined by Andy the groups founder: "transcultural Australia at it's best"
